We have an extensive on-site workshop where we undertake repairs and renovations of all types of jewellery from silver chains to platinum set jewellery. On all repairs, a quote will be given prior to any work being carried out and all of our quotes and details of the repair work to be carried out are following up in writing.
We specialise in stone replacement, including diamonds and coloured stones. We pride ourselves in our craftsmanship, honesty and integrity. We have an exceptional team of Goldsmiths, with over 50 years of experience, each specialising in different areas.
We accept repairs through the post (please always use either 'signed-for' delivery or registered delivery), and all work will be returned using the same method of posting, free of charge.
All jewellery repaired will receive a complimentary clean and polish.
All jewellery on our premises is securely locked and we are insured to hold customers jewellery for repair work.
